Jonathan is the owner and designer of Novus Ratio, an online portal for independent Dental Practice Owners, helping them to develop systems and protocols for their Practices.
Partnering with HDAA as the Accreditation Authority, Jonathan has developed a simple and efficient method to not only gain Practice Accreditation, but also to improve the effective management of your Practice when you can’t be there.
Having worked in the Air Force, Public and Private Practice, Jonathan has been directly involved in establishing and operating many Dental Practices across Australia, and is currently a senior partner at CP Dental, operating three locations across Queensland and employing over 60 staff.
