Kavitha Vipulananda

Kavitha graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1999 with a Bachelors of Civil and Structural Engineering (Hons). During her time at University she was lucky enough to work with some large design firms including Ove Arup and Partners, the firm that designed the Sydney Opera House. In her final year at University she worked part time at Baulderstone Hornibrook as a Junior Project Manager and then moved onto the Graduate programme at Baulderstone Hornibrook.

She grew up with a father in the Property Development business that also had a notable design and development firm PSV Consulting Engineers. She worked within this firm from 1990 to 1999.

She has also worked as a Project Manager for many high profile blue chip organizations in the Building and Technology areas of these organisations, these include Telstra, ANZ, News Corp, Sensis and British Telecom.

She has utilised these skills to purchase and develop various sites, for example a block in Kew, Melbourne Australia of which she has approval for 5 luxury townhouses. She also has a four and five townhouse site in Altona, Melbourne and a six townhouse project in Yeronga, 10 Townhouse project in Alderley, Brisbane and various other projects in Brisbane.

Kavitha’s passion for people and love of property has allowed her to develop a strong team of people around her.
